The New iCarly on Paramount+

iCarly is back picking up with 26-year-old Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) restarting her webshow. Freddie (Nathan Kress) is back as the producer of iCarly after having had two failed marriages and is back living with his mom.

Spencer (Jerry Trainor) is now rich and still living in the same apartment as the previous iCarly, but with a new look.

Carly is living with Harper (Laci Mosley) in an apartment down the hallway from Spencer. We also meet Freddie's step-child, Millicent (Jaidyn Triplett).

The iCarly Reboot brings in many guest stars including Danielle Morrow (in episode 2) who played Nora in the original episodes, Reed Alexander (in episode 5) who played Neville, Douglas Mark Brochu who played Doug (in episode 6), Drew Roy who played Griffin (in episode 9), and Tim Russ who played Principal Franklin (in episode 6).

The original iCarly took place from 2007-2012, and had six seasons. The new episodes premiered on June 17, 2021.

Paramount+ dropped the official trailer for the upcoming season 2 of the iCarly reboot last week, where it teased the reunion between Miranda Cosgrove and Josh Peck. In the clip, Peck appears as Paul, the new manager of Carly's web series. Season 2 will premiere on April 8th, 2022.

UPDATE:

Season 2 of ICarly has premiered and is full of special guests so far. In episode two Lewbert (Jeremy Rowley) returns with Guppy (Ethan Munck) and Chuck (Ryan Ochoa). In episode four, Carly's granddad (Greg Mullavey) returns, but perhaps the most anticipated return is that in episode six. In Episode six Josh Peck returns to screen with Miranda Cosgrove.
