Our CEO, Chris Ruder, accompanied by fellow employees and players, made their way into the tank for an unforgettable experience. After a rousing pitch and some back and forth between the Sharks, Daymond John and Mr. Wonderful came out and played a game with us (although that didn't make the cut because Mr. Wonderful wasn't exactly "athletic"). By no coincidence, they were also the only Sharks to extend an offer out. Chris stuck to his guns and negoiated Daymond down to a deal of $500,000 for 20% of the company. Although in the months that followed the deal would not come to fruition, the exposure and validation sky rocketed the brand into the mainstream.
