Bob Saget, best known for his role as Danny Tanner on "Full House" and as the host of "America's Funniest Home Videos," shockingly passed away on January 9th at the age of 65.
Fellow "Full House" actor John Stamos commented on Saget's passing, "I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock. I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby."
Another "Full House" cast mate, Cameron Bure, recalled her relationship with Saget, "Bob was one of the best human beings I've ever known in my life. I loved him so much."
Actress, Kira Kosarin, shared the news with her twitter following noting, "My heart sank. Bob Saget was like a father figure growing up. Thank you for helping raise an entire generation, you built a comfort character that brought so much joy for so many years."
Mary-Kate and Ashley also spoke on the sudden passing of their beloved friend, "Bob was the most loving, compassionate and generous man. We are deeply saddened that he is no longer with us but know that he will continue to be by our side to guide us as gracefully as he always has...We are thinking of his daughters, wife and family and are sending our condolences."
Fans have since gather around the Full House home in San Francisco to pay tribute to the beloved star.
While no further information has be spoken on in regards to Saget's passing what we know now is that "Saget was found dead in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando on Sunday afternoon following a performance in Jacksonville, Fla., Saturday night." Since the news broke Saget's body has been taken to a medical examiner for further examination.
